THE 7 CIRCLES,
11TH & HOWARD:
A LEGACY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
IN THE OLD MARKET

IF YOU KNOW THE OLD MARKET, YOU KNOW THE 7 CIRCLES AT 11TH & HOWARD. IT’S WHERE PEOPLE ARRIVE, SLOW DOWN, AND TAKE IT ALL IN. A PLACE THAT QUIETLY SETS THE TONE FOR EVERYTHING THEY EXPERIENCE AS THEY EXPLORE THE LANDMARK RESTAURANTS AND STORIED SHOPS THAT MAKE THE OLD MARKET UNIQUE.

This spring, we have an opportunity to reimagine that moment.

The Old Market Association is taking the first step towards developing the Old Market Cultural Arts Corridor—a long-term vision to celebrate and connect the creative spirit of this district. And it starts with enhancing the 7 Circles.

WHY NOW

In the weeks ahead, Omaha welcomes an extraordinary number of visitors. From Berkshire Hathaway weekend to the College World Series, thousands of people will pass through this intersection—many experiencing the Old Market for the very first time.

What they see here matters. It becomes their first impression of our community, and often, the one they remember about their time in Omaha.

AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHAPE

WHAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE  NEXT

The Old Market has always been shaped by people who choose to invest in it—not just financially, but with care and belief in what it can be.

Right now, this project is close—closer than most ideas ever get. Plans are in place. Partners are aligned. Installation is ready to begin. What stands between where this is today and what it becomes in early May is a small group of people willing to step forward and say, yes, let’s do this now.

AN INVITATION

The Old Market has always been shaped by people who choose to invest in it—not just financially, but with care and belief in what it can be.

If this place holds a special place for you, this is a powerful way to be part of its next chapter. With installation approaching, commitments are due by April 22, 2026 as we secure the final sponsors to bring this to life. Will you join us?
